On April 11, 2024, Tinh Hoa Solutions Joint Stock Company (THS) and Nha Trang University (NTU) signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the school’s Faculty of Information Technology.
The event marked the beginning of the development cooperation process between the two parties in the fields of career guidance, training and recruitment between the Company and the Faculty to exploit the potential and strengths of facilities, people and experience to serve the comprehensive and sustainable development of both sides.

About the Faculty of Information Technology, Nha Trang University
The Faculty of Information Technology of Nha Trang University was established on January 17, 2003 with 3 departments: Computer Science, Information Systems and Knowledge Technology. Since 2006, the Faculty of Information Technology has 4 departments: Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks & Communications and Software Engineering. Along with the continuous development of Nha Trang University, the Faculty of Information Technology has strived to become a prestigious Information Technology training facility in Khanh Hoa province and the whole country.
Purpose of strategic cooperation
The cooperation between Nha Trang University (NTU) and Tinh Hoa Solutions Joint Stock Company (THS) aims to establish a cooperative relationship in the fields of career guidance, training and recruitment between the Faculty of IT and the Company. , to exploit the potential and strengths of facilities, people and experience to serve the comprehensive and sustainable development of both sides.

Content of cooperation between Tinh Hoa Solutions and NTU
Tinh Hoa Solution Joint Stock Company will endeavor to coordinate with Nha Trang University to promote and exploit human potential through the following specific contents:
1 Organize seminars to introduce the company, work processes, corporate culture, career counseling and recruitment for students of the Faculty of Information Technology – Nha Trang University
2 Organize tours, learn about the real working environment and introduce new technology for 3rd year students, create conditions and participate in guiding 4th year students for specialized internships and internships. Graduation training within 2 to 3 months. The two sides jointly build these programs into an extracurricular activity for students before graduation.
3 Provide ezHR Human Resources Management software version for education. Specifically, the two sides jointly support the training of Lecturers – Students, provide documents and lectures, and support soft skills training (teamwork, communication, leadership skills,…). The two sides coordinate to organize professional exams and recruit students.
4 The two sides cooperate and exchange technology training and research. Specifically, both sides create conditions for students to participate in seminars on new processes and technologies that the Company has been developing into the Faculty’s training program to enhance practical application. of the training program
5 The two sides jointly create conditions for lecturers of the Faculty and staff of the Company to participate in technology exchange and research through seminars and research projects.
6 The Company sponsors some funds or gifts for the Faculty to organize seminars, conferences, student professional competitions, main events of the Faculty, scholarships for students, and research groups of the Faculty. Faculty (details are stated in the appendix for each year).
